Standard Fixed or Swingarm Wallmount Fire Hose Reel
Fire hose reel comes standard with:
– A fitted brass fire hose reel nozzle (jet only) and a brass ball valve to ensure long life and durability.
– A guide arm that is fitted with roller beads to ensure the hose flows freely and doesn’t kink.
– Side plates that are made from tough powder-coated zincalume steel (per AS 4506).
Reels should be maintained in accordance to AS 1851-2005 | Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems
fire HOSE REEL ELECTRIC OR Manual REWIND
THE BELL REEL: A heavy duty cast aluminium range of hose reels fitted with fully serviceable swivel valve, hose guide rollers, tension lock brake, security barrel-bolt and removable winder handle. Primarily designed for fire control use with water but suitable for a variety of other uses including plant wash down, industrial air lines, hookah diving, rope and line stowage and agricultural spraying. Twin Model L/S BELL Reels fitted to a Light Duty Fire Tender Four standard models are available, but alternative specifications are manufactured including;– Cut-off leg models to suit confined space requirements.– Electric Rewind to reduce constant physical strain with resultant Firefighter Fatigue during prolonged firefighting operations.– Fully automatic electric and Run-out / Rewind models with radio link pocket controller for single operator use.
FREEFLOW HYDRANTS
A range of polished stainless & alloy hydrant riser standpipes generally manufactured to suit both key and bar and ball type below ground hydrant valves. Fitted with British Instantaneous (BIC) discharge couplings common to Western Australia, but also available with STORZ and other state’s specific generic couplings. All standpipes are available in swivel head with single / dual head discharge and are manufactured with minimal water loss rubber ring foot seal and are fitted with either standard alloy foot lock piece or 2 piece take-apart bolt-join foot lock for ease of maintenance to remove sand / debris build up.All locking handles are manufactured in polished stainless for additional strength rather than the traditional cast alloy handles which tend to snap if leverage is applied whilst securing the standpipe to the below ground hydrant.
FASTFLOW WATER MONITOR
A range of Stainless steel water monitors (also known as Water Cannons) suitable for a variety of uses from fixed and mobile fire fighting operations, Industrial Plant wash down, and dust suppression where Operators are protected from high discharge pressures by eliminating hand held nozzles.
Fastflows are manually controlled with vertical elevation on axis of approximately 75° above to 75° below and horizontal movement either way through 360° continuous rotation and are rated at a maximum working pressure at 20 Bar.
They are manufactured with fully serviceable stainless / neoprene rotary swivel valves with sealed roller bearings and available in 38mm, 50mm & 64mm diameter fitted with optional tapered straight jet or variable control diffuser discharge nozzle. Available with BSPM inlet connection or mounting flange as required.
FIRE HYDRANT VALVE KEY AND BAR
Robust Hydrant key and bar that has welded storage loops on the key for storage of the bar. The seperate bar allows for easier use to open hydrant pit lids and is safer to use when opening or closing the valve compared with products from others.
